S.K. Dynamics Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in 1992 is a forward looking Small Scale Industrial Unit. It is actively engaged in Research and Development in the field of Electronics and Electro-mechanical Engineering with stress on multidisciplinary approach.

 SKD was registered by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Science and Technology, New Delhi as In House R&D Unit since 1995 and has recently been approved as Commercial R&D Unit. It is the strategic partner of Analog Devices Inc., USA, a fortune 500 Company and is providing technological solutions to them on various Motors and Motor Controllers for the last several years. The Company is member of Confederation of Indian Industry [CII], Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC), NSIC etc. During the short span of 8 years of its existence, the company has developed commercially viable products for industrial and commercial applications, the latest addition being that of "Electric Cycle" an Eco-friendly bike, introduced for the first time in India. The present clientele of the Company includes Ministry of Defence, ABB Vadodara, SDPL Roorkee to name a few. The Company has been registering constant growth since its inception.

ADMC326 Motor Control Processor, SKD-1F launched by SK Dynamics P. Ltd.-Roorkee (India) has Embedded Motor Control Drivers free-of-cost.
